ADMISSION PROCEDURE

At our school, we believe that the admission process should be smooth, transparent, and supportive for every family. We welcome students from diverse backgrounds and ensure that each applicant receives fair consideration.

1. Enquiry and Information

Parents are encouraged to visit our school or contact the admission office to gather information about our curriculum, facilities, and academic programmes. Our team is always available to guide you and answer your queries.

2. Registration

The first step in the admission process is filling out the registration form. This form can be obtained from the school office or downloaded from our official platform. Once submitted, the applicant’s details are recorded for further steps.

3. Interaction / Entrance Assessment

Depending on the class level, students may be invited for: A simple interaction session (for primary classes), or
An entrance assessment to understand the child’s academic readiness (for higher classes).
The purpose of this step is not to burden the child, but to ensure appropriate placement and support.

4. Parent Meeting

To understand the child’s needs better and to build a strong partnership, we conduct a short meeting with parents. This helps us learn about the student’s interests, strengths, and expectations.

5. Confirmation of Admission

Selected candidates will receive an admission offer. Parents are required to submit the necessary documents, including: Birth certificate Previous school report cards (if applicable)
Transfer certificate
Passport-size photographs
Any other documents requested by the admission office

6. Fee Submission

Admission is confirmed after the payment of the prescribed fees within the given timeline. The school office provides all details regarding the fee structure and schedule.

7. Orientation

Before the academic session begins, parents and students are invited to an orientation programme to familiarize them with school policies, teachers, and learning expectations.
